– As manufacturers, we aim to dispatch goods within 10 to 30 days, based on the required quantity and product availability.

3. Shipping Company:
– Clients must specify their preferred shipping company.
– Goods will be delivered to the client’s chosen local warehouse in Ahmedabad or Odhav.

4. Limitation of Liability:
– We do not assume responsibility for shipping or transportation damage.
– The buyer and their chosen transportation company bear total responsibility for shipping and transportation-related issues.

5. Jurisdiction:
– All disputes and legal matters fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

6. Complaints:
– Any complaints about received goods must be submitted within 3 days of receipt.

7.  Returns and Exchanges:
– Goods, once sold, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
