This shipping policy explains how we process, dispatch and ship your order, and the terms that apply to every purchase from Anmol Industries.

- Order processing
Goods are dispatched once payment is confirmed, on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Manufacturing timeline
As manufacturers, we aim to dispatch goods within 10 to 30 days, depending on the quantity required and product availability.
- Shipping company
Clients must specify their preferred shipping company. Goods will be delivered to the client’s chosen local warehouse in Ahmedabad or Odhav.
- Limitation of liability
We do not take responsibility for damage during shipping or transportation. The buyer and their chosen transport company bear full responsibility for shipping and transportation-related issues.
- Jurisdiction
All disputes and legal matters fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
- Complaints
Any complaints about received goods must be submitted within 3 days of receipt.
- Returns and exchanges
Goods, once sold, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
